MooreTalents was founded by Malwina Filipiuk – a recruitment expert with over 10 years of experience in the industry. She began her career at a boutique recruitment agency, where she managed end-to-end recruitment processes across sectors such as Automotive, Retail, Logistics, FMCG, and Real Estate.
Malwina holds a degree in Business Psychology, having studied at Sheffield Hallam University and SWPS University.
Today, Malwina develops her own brand – MooreTalents – collaborating with both local and international clients, including developers, property owners, service companies, hotel chains, and local HR partners.
By combining psychological insight with recruitment expertise and deep market knowledge, MooreTalents delivers real value – to organizations and candidates alike.
